The event witnessed not only the celebration of the African-American community’s artistry and creativity, but also the honoring and affirmation of their faith. Many famous artists attributed their success to the Lord, as seen in this Impact Network show video clip:

It’s exciting to see these famous artists express their faith and recognize all that the Lord has done for them.

Indeed, it’s a testament to the fact that every success we attain, every goal we achieve, and everything we have in this life is because of God. These artists, no matter how successful they are or no matter how wealthy they have become, they always give due credit to the Lord.

The Soul Train Awards 2017 teaches us that FAME cannot erase one’s FAITH. While fame reaps awards here on earth, faith reaps rewards in heaven.

What have you done recently as a testament to your faith?
